by Chris | 23 Mar 2009 | No Comments

On Tuesday the 23rd March Richard Harrington paid a visit to Watford Boys School, speaking to the pupils and answering their questions on politics, the Conservative Party and the economic crisis. The visit started with Richard discussing his involvement in politics and what he believed to be the core values and interests of the Conservatives. The boys were interested in his involvement and views on issues predominantly on financial issues including who should take responsibility for the current fiscal situation and whether, if elected, the Tories would change the tax system. Richard answered the questions, assuring pupils that it would be a priority of the party to reduce debt and talked of how he personally was dealing with issues of unemployment and homelessness.
